Advertising and commercial disclosure
Last updated: 25 July 2026 · Document set version 2.0 · Effective 25 July 2026
This page explains how FERVIST Tools is financed and how commercial content is handled, so you never have to guess what is promotion and what is product.
How the free tools are financed
FERVIST Tools is built and paid for by V.O.F. FERVIST. The intended model is simple: the tools may display promotions for FERVIST’s own products (for example the FERVIST Studio store) — first-party content, not third-party advertising.
Rules for first-party promotions
No promotions are displayed in the current release. When they are introduced, each one will be clearly labeled “FERVIST Studio”, will appear only below the tool area or below the download action — never inside the workflow, never between you and your result — will use a fixed size so the page does not shift, and will be an ordinary link (it may carry standard link-tagging parameters such as UTM). No promotion will ever use a tracking pixel, build a profile of you or share an identifier with the store.
What we do not run
No third-party ad networks, no remarketing, no behavioral targeting, no sale of personal data, no sponsored placements from other companies, no affiliate links. If any of this ever changes, this disclosure and the cookie policy will be updated before launch, together with any legally required consent controls.
